The field of nutrition has always been about losing weight, meal plans or an argument of what we should and shouldn't eat. Unfortunately, this is now creating confusion in an area that is relatively straight forward, it is just about obtaining information that is specific to you.
Nutrition should influence us in 3 equal ways; Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Social. This is all intertwined by our beliefs and values. If one side is pulling too hard, the whole lot will be out of sync, and we are seeing more of this with the influence of poor nutrition advice.
